Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Beijing Time; Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Beijing Time). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Beijing Time will be processed the next business day. Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Refuse all users not return only refund request. Received unsatisfied users, please keep the clothing clean, unworn, unwashed, do not have a odor, affect our secondary sales. Otherwise receive the goods site unpacking will also be refused to return.

Return for Refund to Original Payment Method: the whole process may take 3-7 business days as your card bank needs to process the refund to you.
